The promotion is carried out by individual entrepreneur Zlobich Irina Viktorovna (TIN 771986672930, OGRNIP 322774600359565, address: Moscow, Tverskaya St., 4) from July 10 to July 17, 2026 inclusive during the opening hours of the AGAT store at the specified address.
The promotion is a promotion with a guaranteed gift and is not considered a lottery, gambling, bet or other game based on risk. Participation is free and is not conditional on the purchase of goods during the promotion period. A participant can only be an adult capable individual who personally appears at the store and presents a watch with an individual/serial number.
The organizer has the right to refuse participation if the gift has already been received, the watch number has already been registered, the number cannot be determined, the participant refused to provide the data necessary for registration, or there are signs of unfair participation. The cash equivalent of gifts is not issued, and the gift cannot be replaced at the request of the participant.
Personal data of participants (name, telephone number, watch number) is processed by the Organizer solely for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, accounting for gifts given out, excluding repeated participation and fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, based on the separate consent of the participant, and is not used for advertising mailings without additional consent.
The tax consequences of receiving a gift are determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; when duties of a tax agent arise, the Organizer fulfills them in the manner prescribed by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
